Emerald and Mercury’s new outfits baring a slight resemblance to Cinder’s in some way as a momentum to her :/

If you think I will ever be over Mercury softly trying to get a visibly emotionally distressed Emerald to leave with them because he would never leave her behind while she’s sobbing you are so wrong.

Specifically, in that order: Emerald betrays Cinder and then Mercury betrays Cinder to save Em, surprising everyone (most of all himself).

Even if Emerald didn’t regret all of this before, she definitely regrets it now.
