If the first thing QRWBY does once they reach Atlas is turn Ironwood against Oz I ain’t even going to blame him if he stays locked up in Oscar’s head for the rest of the goddamn Volume.

Being surrounded by people you truly believe hate you and don’t care about you is so fucking damaging, Oz is more than likely convinced that this entire lifetime is going to be spent alone and friendless like so many lives before and I’m so fucking sad for him, and for Oscar too, everyone but Ruby is treating him like shit because he got stuck with the immortal wizard in his head and he can’t do anything about it and everyone seems to completely forget he’s even in there unless Oz isn’t around to scream at.

Everyone in the FNDM keeps insisting that QRWBY deserve to be angry with Oz but honestly, considering he knew this kind of reaction was probably going to happen once his secrets got out, I understand completely why he kept his mouth shut. This isn’t the first time someone found out about Salem and ditched him (thanks, Raven) and wanting to prevent that from happening is an entirely normal, human thing to do.

Yeah. Oz lied about some pretty important stuff. But so has Yang, so has Blake, so has Qrow, so has everyone in the entire series at one point or another.

Congratu-fucking-lations. You drove a man to tears and then beat him into self-imposed isolation. I hope you’re fucking proud of yourselves.

Gotta say, he may have destroyed the world, but I liked the God of Destruction. Like he was just hanging around in his bubbling lake of grimm, and then this chick shows up out of nowhere, which Never happens. She asks him for something that she’d been told couldn’t be done and he’s all. “Oh, yeah, cool. I can do that for you. Whatever.” And just brings a dude back to life for her, just cause. 

Then his bro shows up and tells him he’s messed up and that he shouldn’t have done that, and he is ready to Throw Down for the sake of this human chick and her BF. Like, “nah dude they’re coming back, bring it on.” For the first time in like, ever, someone came to pray to Him and he is gonna turn into a freaking dragon to defend her. 

Once he finds out he’s been played though, he backs right off. “Yo, sorry bro, I’ll fix it, don’t worry.” and just sets things back like they were. Dude was so glad to have somebody worship him instead of his big shinning “gets all the prayers” big brother that he was flying high. Later then, we find out Magic was a gift that He had given to humanity when they used it against them. Dude gets tired of getting No respect for all he’s done, hits delete on everything, and just nopes right on out of there.

Dude spent all of humanity getting No respect despite playing just as much a role as his brother, then they turn on him with the powers he gave them. Was super chill and willing to bring someone back to life just cause they asked too. Hey may have destroyed humanity, but overall he seems like an alright guy, for an extremely powerful god that is.

I hate when parents use the whole “I pay for your food and clothes and everything else!” Excuse to make their kids feel guilty. Its like, oh, yes, sorry you decided to have a child and actually have to care for that child. What a horrible thing for a small human to need those things and for the birthgiver to care for them. Poor you.

Ayato. You know who would’ve been an excellent addition to a RECONNAISSANCE MISSION? How about the one ghoul proven to have one of the best senses of smell and hearing even among the elite? That ghoul who’s been implied as your mission partner for most of the timeskip? That ghoul who wanted to do her utmost to help her Oniichan???

Okay maybe there’s a perfectly good reason why Hinami isn’t with him. (Or a dumb reason like “It’s too dangerous for you” or “I can’t let you get hurt again” or some shit like that. Which would be sweet. But still dumb.) I’m just salty that we’re still not getting our AyaHina tag team in this arc. But I digress.
